April 2024 brought us a new reason to fall in love with Casco Antiguo. A space designed to feel, connect, and create moments that stay with you long after the night ends.
Everything here is intentional: comforting cuisine rooted in Panamanian traditions, signature cocktails that surprise, and music that embraces and transports you. Every evening feels different, yet always guided by the same purpose: to make every guest feel at home... or perhaps even better.
La Estrella is the latest chapter in the journey of the Colina family, a story that began with a sausage factory and grew with La Pulpería, their first home in Casco Antiguo.
Today, that journey takes shape in this new space that bears their signature: warm, authentic, and filled with details that reflect passion, craftsmanship, and a love for doing things well. Located right next to La Concordia Hotel, La Estrella Barra Local is the kind of place where you stop in for a drink—and end up staying for everything else.
