La Estrella was born from the journey of the Colina family, a story that began with a sausage factory and grew with La Pulpería, their first home in Casco. Natalie was super engaging and kind in welcoming us to this beautiful bar in El Congrejo. We appreciated her fluent English, the happy hour classic drinks and yummy food offerings…the croquettes were divine! OH MY GOSH! Check out their dessert!
